I’ve been practising Contact Improvisation for 3 years and have become quite involved in that time.  I normally jam at least once a week whilst in London and attend festivals when I can.  Last year I attended 4 festivals which included spending 3 weeks at the Ibiza festival.

I’ve been practising yoga for about 10 years and completed a teacher training program in India during that time.  I’ve also taken part in several tantra workshops whilst in India.  Last year I worked at, and participated in, the Winter Tantra Earth Celebration.
